When You Need It

We connect to your computer securely using a remote access link. You click the link we send you — no software installation needed. You watch on screen as we diagnose and fix the issue. You can see everything we do and end the session at any time by simply closing the window. Most issues are resolved within a single session.

Our target response time is within 30 minutes during business hours (9am–11pm, 7 days a week). For urgent issues flagged via WhatsApp, we typically confirm availability within 15 minutes. We always confirm before connecting so you're not waiting around.

Yes. We use industry-standard encrypted remote access tools. You have full visibility of everything happening on your screen during the session. The connection is temporary — once the session ends, access is completely removed. We never access your system without your explicit permission, and we never store login credentials.

In the rare case we cannot fully resolve an issue remotely — for example a hardware fault — we'll tell you clearly what the problem is and what next steps are needed. If you're in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi, we can arrange an on-site visit. You only pay for the remote session if we deliver value; we won't charge for something we couldn't fix.

Single remote support sessions start from AED 150, which covers up to one hour of support. Monthly support packages start from AED 500 and include up to 4 sessions. All pricing is fixed — no hourly billing or hidden charges. We always confirm the price before starting a session.
