Google Workspace setup & migration across the UAE

Gmail, Drive, Meet and Calendar configured properly for businesses anywhere in the Emirates. Migration from Microsoft 365, cPanel or any other platform, with every item counted in and out before we switch you over.

Choosing honestly

When Google Workspace is the better answer — and when it isn't

We configure both platforms, so we have no reason to steer you. Google Workspace tends to win where teams are young, mobile-first, collaborative and don't live in Excel. Microsoft tends to win where there's heavy spreadsheet work, desktop software dependencies, or a client base that expects Teams.

The most expensive mistake isn't picking the wrong one. It's picking one, migrating badly, then migrating back eighteen months later.

  • Google suits real-time collaborative editing, simple sharing, light IT overhead and staff who work primarily on phones.
  • Microsoft suits complex Excel models, desktop app dependencies, formal document control and regulated environments.
  • Either works for email, calendars and file storage. If that's genuinely all you need, choose on price and familiarity.

What's involved

Google Workspace setup across the Emirates

Delivered remotely everywhere in the UAE, with on-site available in Sharjah and Dubai if you want someone present on cutover day.

Migration from anywhere

Microsoft 365, cPanel, Zoho, Yahoo or an old hosting mailbox. Mail, contacts and calendars move across with item counts reconciled before we switch anything over.

Shared drives done properly

Files owned by the organisation rather than by whoever created them. When someone leaves, their work doesn't leave with them — which is the single most common failure in a self-configured Workspace.

Meet & Calendar

Video conferencing configured for your domain, shared calendars for teams, and bookable meeting rooms if you have them.

Admin console & 2SV

Two-step verification enforced, admin roles scoped so not everyone is a super admin, and mobile device management so a lost phone can be wiped.

Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and validated. Without these, Gmail sends your invoices to spam just as readily as anyone else's.

Groups & shared addresses

Proper distribution groups and shared inboxes for sales@ and accounts@, rather than one person forwarding everything by hand.

Google Workspace setup is entirely administrative work performed in the Admin console and your DNS. There is no technical reason it needs anyone in the room, which is why we don't charge as though there were.

Google Workspace, migrated without losing mail

Free consultation, fixed quote, and reconciled item counts before we cut anything over.

FAQ

Questions from Google Workspace · UAE businesses

We set up both, so we genuinely don't mind. Google tends to suit mobile-first, collaborative teams who don't live in spreadsheets. Microsoft tends to suit heavy Excel work, desktop application dependencies and regulated environments. If you only need email, calendar and file storage, either is fine and you should choose on price and what your team already knows.
Yes, and in both directions. Mail, contacts and calendars migrate across, and we reconcile item counts before switching DNS. The part people underestimate is files: OneDrive and SharePoint content needs moving into Drive and shared drives with permissions rebuilt, which we scope separately so there's no surprise.
Two things, consistently. Files get created in personal My Drive rather than shared drives, so when someone leaves their work leaves with them. And SPF, DKIM and DMARC never get published, so outgoing invoices land in customers' spam. Both are quick to fix and expensive to ignore.
One to two working days for most small businesses. Your team keeps using their existing email throughout — we migrate in the background and switch DNS at the end, usually overnight, so nobody loses a working morning.
No. Google Workspace setup is administrative work done in the Admin console and your DNS, so there's no travel involved and no travel charge. A business in Fujairah or Al Ain pays exactly what a business in Sharjah pays.

“Went to many places in Sharjah but they couldn't fix the issue. A friend suggested CoreFix and the problem was solved within hours. These guys know what they're doing.”
